Carriage DriveBring Your Horse & Cart! Join Us for the Doubletree Farm Carriage Drive — September 28, 2025
Drive leaves at 11:00AM and gates open at 9:30 AM. Plenty of ample trailer parking and space for gathering. Potluck lunch (cheeseburgers and/or hot dogs and drinks will be provided) after our drive. Please preregister (required) and bring a covered dish to share. Carriage drivers, horses and rigs, and guests are welcome. Trails are farm roads and wooded paths, no traffic or motorized vehicles. Drive is held at a walk and suitable for traditional horses, ponies, and mules. Horse shoes are recommended for gravel areas, but there are grassy areas for unshod ponies. Horses should be calm and easy to manage to allow everyone to have a relaxing ride. Trail is roughly 3 miles and etiquette of a well spaced single file line is expected. Event will be postponed if raining and attendees will be notified via email. $25 donation for trail maintenance and signed liability release for all attending at the gate. No pets please. |
